About the Project

Design at Meta is a supergroup of Meta’s design teams, including Product Design, Industrial Design, Content Design, UX Research, Sound Design, and more. I joined Meta in 2022 to oversee digital marketing and content strategy for the group. My goals were to attract top design talent, establish a thought leadership program for design leaders, and market Meta’s design work both internally and externally.

I managed Design at Meta’s Instagram (180k followers), Facebook (1.2MM followers), and Twitter accounts (80k followers), as well as the blog and website. My strategy was to creatively utilize limited resources to have outsized impact, turning one story into multiple pieces of content optimized for each channel.

While I worked on social and web storytelling for each of Meta’s design teams, the work featured below highlights the Sound Design practice through both web- social-first storytelling.
